The Foxies’ ‘Floods’ is an indie-pop gem.
The newcomers released the music video to promote their debut EP, ‘Oblivion’ which is set for release on August 5.
Led by fiercely nomadic singer-songwriter Julia Lauren, the band delivers a nostalgic but concretely modern take on minimalist 80’s pop. “I personally feel it rebelliously walks the line between glam pop and throwback indie-alt. It’s the first album where I can look back after leaving the studio and say it fits me perfectly.
