Established in 2012, New York based music platform, Audiomack, has emerged as an internationally known app specializing in offline streaming capabilities, marketing engine utility, and championing independent artists. Having established a user base with over 15 million app downloads worldwide, with the most prominent markets being the USA, South Africa, the UK, Jamaica, and Indonesia, Audiomack is now launching an international music series beginning with the ‘Skyline’ EP.
Produced in London by Audiomack Creative Director and rising NYC producer, TGUT, Audiomack reached out to their favorite artists from the London community to collaborate on the three-track EP that acts as the first edition in a series of internationally focused projects. Featuring Jay Prince, Renz, Faye Meana, and an intro from London-Raised 2018 NFL Super Bowl Champion Jay Ajayi, the ‘Skyline’ EP aims to bridge the gap between the UK and US by channeling sounds from both sides of the pond. Today, Audiomack is releasing the first cut of the project- a new single from Jay Prince, produced by TGUT, titled ‘Tell Me’.
Featuring a prominently American hip-hop sound, TGUT provides ‘Tell Me’ with a downtempo production that splices trap music inspired 808 and a heavy bass low-end. Providing an ample foundation for the rhymes of Jay Prince, TGUT’s beat fuses seamlessly with Prince’s vocals that instill the track with a deeply London feel. Up next from the project, the ‘Skyline’ EP will also feature original tracks ‘3AM’ by RENZ and ‘Hooked’ by Faye Meana.
