Hot Dreams – ‘Stronger’

Hot Dreams’ ‘Stronger’ is one of those songs that I had to come back to as it didn’t catch my ear right away but on the second listen, whooo I was blown away. I’m not sure why this indie gem didn’t capture my attention right away but it has now and I can’t stop listening to it.

It’s those unforgettable melodies and those vocals especially when that chorus hits. <3

“Lyrically ‘Stronger’ is a personal account of the stigma surrounding mental health and the consequences of (particularly men) not opening up to each other. It’s a call for compassion and conversation when it comes to things we may not fully understand in other people.”

Hot Dreams formed in 2016 over a shared interest in artists such as Pumarosa, Blonde Redhead, Slowdive and King Krule. They’re completed by Kai Fennell (vocals, guitar), Aaron Clarke (bass) and Alex Bloomfield (guitar, keys).
